'A story of Us' explores the rich history of the Monaro, from the engineering marvel of the Snowy Scheme, to Adaminaby’s Big Trout.

Braidwood News

In February John Barilaro announced a $200,000 funding commitment for a study to extend the Nowra to Nerriga Main Road 92. A further $100,000 is being provided by Goulburn, Palerang, Shoalhaven, Upper Lachlan and Yass Valley councils for the study.

Bungendore News

In February, John Barilaro honoured his election commitment to install school zone flashing lights on Malbon Street. The lights have already had a positive impact in reducing the speed of passing traffic and increasing the safety of local Bungendore students.

John Barilaro was able to secure a Natural Disaster Declaration for the region following the extraordinary rainfall which caused significant flooding and infrastructure damage in Cooma.
